Allowing Nature to Take the Driver’s Seat

We can’t deny the fact, nature knows what it is doing. No need to look further just observed things around to get the answer. Look at ants as they show you how nature works. It is doing a swell job at it. An ant has a role to play in the overall scheme of things. Each ant knows what their job is. Ants are able to work without having to be told so. Unlike humans, ants don’t suffer from existential problems. This, of course, can’t be said about humans. During the time when life was simpler, we knew what we have to do. Our modern living made our lives totally complicated. We may be engaging in a debate on this without end. We may ask why Eve did that thing she wasn’t supposed to do. We have absorbed problems because we refuse to listen to nature.

Surely, this idea is something we can impress to any aspect of our life. Just take a longer look of our health. The body needs no instruction for it to function property. Our ability to breathe is completely independent and something we need not to tell the body to do so. We can see nature is working that way. As we poised to be body’s dictator, we have failed in our attempt.

It is no secret, we have become unhealthier than ever. It makes no sense because medicine is supposedly better today than before. Many of us are dying young. Yet, preventable health problems such as obesity are rising. So, why aren’t we solving these problems? Perhaps, we need to look at how we are treating nature. As we try to take over our bodies, nature is getting waylaid on the side. There is a need to take a look at the link or mind and body. We need to ensure ourselves if we do things right. As we see today, the results are far from desirable.

We are now letting ourselves override nature and it is something that has a profound negative impact to our health. Our bodies are no longer having a say in the health of our bodies. We go on a diet, not because it is good for the body, but because they sound a nice idea. Fitness goals are not hit because of this kind of mindset. It is not only we fail when we engage in a diet, we push ourselves to exercise more to the point of risks. If the body is sore, it is trying to tell you that it is enough.

There are certain things we can do to stop the problem by doing nothing. Let nature take the wheel and don’t do anything. You need not to make a decision to go on a diet or if your body needs weight loss cleanse, the body will tell you so.
